The third annual Reel 112 Film Festival was a tremendous success again this year. The event featured 16 films created by middle school students throughout District 112. The evening began with a panel of student film makers discussing their creative experience. Milos Stehlik, WBEZ film critic and founder of Facets Multi-Media in Chicago, who has been involved with the Festival since its inception, was at the Cannes Film Festival, and unable to be at the Reel 112 event. However, he surprised the student film makers with an inspiring recorded message that played immediately before the student films. To see more photographs from the evening, please click on this link. Congratulations to all of the film makers!
