Stripes the Tiger Flat Stanley
Who doesn’t love Flat Stanley? In the story, Stanley, the main character, is flattened by a bulletin board that falls on top of him while he is
sleeping. Luckily, he isn’t hurt, just flattened. Students take pictures of themselves with Flat Stanley everywhere – in the car, at the grocery store, on the train.
Instead of Flat Stanley, we have D112 school mascots ready to print, color and take with you! You can take pictures reading with your mascot, out-and-about with you, or just hanging out at home. Don’t forget to share your pictures with your school librarian and the 112 Education Foundation (112educationfoundation@gmail.com).
