Northwood students and families braved the cold last week to start a new tradition: Husky Family Game Night. Grant coordinator and Northwood teacher Nancy Cohen commented, “It was very successful. No one even realized they were building their vocabularies while they were playing! I look forward to continuing this new tradition of game night for years to come.” In addition to being used at Game Night, the games purchased are lent out to teachers for use in advisory classes, ELA classes and special education ERP classes.
