Young artists at Green Bay Preschool have created their own masterpieces as part of a Foundation Grant from Nadia de Haro Vega. Pequenas artistas used colored tape to layout a design on black construction paper, then colored the black spaces with oil pastels. They were excited to see their colored design pop out when the tape was removed.
