Peter and Gabriel, Lost Boys from Sudan, spoke with Northwood 6th grade English students about their experience fleeing Sudan as boys, being refugees in Egypt, and then ultimately settling in the United States. Prior to the program, the 6th graders read Refugee by Alan Gratz as part of the English curriculum.
