Andrea Dunning’s first graders at Ravinia School have been working with their fifth grade buddies to build and program a robot using legos. Students are learning about the larger concepts of STEM by connecting robotics to science and technology. They have explored programming using the WeDo software on student laptops. 
Next month they will be writing and illustrating about their robots to explain how it was created.
