Oak Terrace 4th and 5th grade students have had the unique experience of using to turtles to learn math standards thanks to a grant by teacher Howie Templer. “My grant purchase of eight turtles and habitats has been a tremendous success,” commented Templer. The turtles have been used as the driving force for our math investigations daily over the last two months.
